- Signs up and pays registration fees
- Provides proper description, full specs and professional photos
- If possible attaches an aircraft report by a qualified aviation person
- Inspection and demo flight before or seller fixes airworthiness discrepancies after auction
- Transfers title, gets paid and pays Seller’s Premium
BUYER
- Registers at no cost
- Provides Bank Letter for 15% non-refundable down payment to bid
- Has five (5) banking days to close deal and take aircraft
- Pays for aircraft and Buyer’s Premium

- Purchase Agreement (simple version)
- Auction participants can obtain expert legal and regulatory advisory services
