Seller Procedures and Fees:
To proceed:
- Decide between absolute or minimum price (subject to QA’s consent)
- Sign up and pay registration fees if any
- Provide proper description, full specs and professional photos
- If possible, attach a current aircraft report by a qualified aviation person
- Inspection and demo flight before the auction or you fix airworthiness discrepancies after auction and test flight
- Immediately after the sale, you will receive an official notice of the selling price
- Get paid, less Seller’s Premium, transfer title and deliver the airplane
- Mostly Seller’s Premium is 6% on the first 500,000 USD and 3.5% on any additional amount (excluding any other applicable fees, such as taxes) unless indicated otherwise. Please contact us to confirm the applicable rate prior to registration. At Seller’s request we can conduct auctions just with Buyer’s Premium
- Buyer will have up to five (5) banking days to pay the balance due to Seller and any other fees, expenses, etc. At closing Seller receives immediate net payment
