If an auction is appropriate for you, our specialists will work to tailor an auction methodology designed specifically for your aircraft, while recommending a time and venue to conduct the auction.
If you are currently listed with a brokerage agency, we are happy to work closely and cooperatively with that agency to market the aircraft and conduct the auction.
Seller Procedures and Fees:
With Live Auctions Seller is NOT charged a commission by Quantum Auctions!
If you decide to proceed:
- Execute our standard Auction Listing Agreement.
- Commission one of Quantum Auctions pre-approved inspection companies to conduct an inspection of the aircraft and/or the records .
- Contact Quantum Auctions’ Closing Agent for the documents required to complete the sale.
- Buyer and Seller agree to use the Quantum Auctions approved Closing Agent for the aircraft. Quantum Auctions will bear the cost of the Closing Agent’s base fees.
- You will receive the Closing Agent’s package that includes the Purchase & Sale Agreement, Closing Agent Agreement, checklists and all pertinent information related to “As Is” conditions. These balanced documents will lead to a speedy closing and reduce transaction costs.
- Fifteen (15) days prior to auction, pre-qualified Buyers will get the inspection and/or records report.
- Immediately after the sale, you will receive an official notice of the hammer price. This price will then be inserted in the Purchase & Sale Agreement, presented to Seller and Buyer prior to auction day, for immediate execution.
- Closing Agent will, upon execution of the Purchase & Sale Agreement, release the Buyer’s Down Payment escrow to you.
- Buyer will have up to ten (10) banking days to wire to Closing Agent the balance due to Seller and any other fees, expenses, etc. At closing Seller receives immediate net payment and Buyer clean and clear title.
