Quantum Auctions welcomes broker participation in Live Auctions when working with sellers or buyers and invites you to join the extensive network of brokers who can earn cooperation or referral fees by referring our Aircraft auction services
We will cooperate with any official broker under the following conditions:
- The broker has registered the Buyer at least three (3) business days prior to auction. Form must be signed by your Buyer and an authorized agent of Quantum Auctions.
- The registered Buyer must be the successful Bidder and close under the terms of the Purchase & Sale Agreement in order for the cooperation/referral fees to be paid.
- No oral registrations will be accepted. All registrations accepted will be acknowledged in writing.
- Registrations will not be accepted or honored if Buyer has previously contacted the Seller, Quantum Auctions, the Auctioneer or its representatives.
- Brokers representing the Seller of a listed aircraft sold through our auctions will get a cooperation/referral fee in addition to any arrangement the broker may have with the Seller.
REFERRALS
In all other cases, we will look into paying a referral fee on a closed transaction. Please call us for more information about how you can earn this fee.
