WHAT THE SELLER DOES NOT DO:
The Seller does NOT pay a commission to Quantum Auctions in Live Auctions.

- Hires one of Quantum Auctions pre-approved inspection companies to conduct an inspection of the aircraft and/or of the records.
- Executes our Standard Auction Listing Agreement.
- Executes the Sale & Purchase Agreement with Successful Bidder.
- Receives sales proceeds immediately upon closing.

WHAT QUANTUM AUCTIONS DOES FOR THE BUYER:
- Offers the opportunity to purchase the aircraft fast, simple and at actual market value.
- Unlike traditional sales gives necessary information about condition and title/lien status to make an educated bid prior to or on auction day at no cost to you.
- Provides the Inspection Package and/or the Records performed by one of Quantum Auctions approved inspection companies to buyers at no cost to you.
- Pays and provides you the Standard Purchase & Sale Agreement at no cost to you.
- Arranges and pays for the Closing Agent at no additional cost to you.

WHAT THE BUYER DOES:
- Executes the Standard Bidder’s Registration Agreement no fee is charged.
- Demonstrates financial capability to purchase the aircraft.
- Upon confirmation of winning bid, executes Purchase & Sale Agreement with Seller.
- Places a deposit payment and the Buyer’s Premium with the Closing Agent’s escrow account.
- Pays balance of purchase price and fees and obtains clean and clear title at closing.
